How the App Works

Open the app, request a return, provide the return location, and include a photo of your return label.

A Runner picks up your package as scheduled and completes the return. A copy of your return receipt from the shipper will appear in your account.

When you create a return request, you confirm the address or location for the pickup on a live map so your Runner knows exactly where to pick up your return. You can add detail about where to find the return in a note to your Runner. This ensures accurate pickups.
